SAY THIS TO THE TABLE

"The grapes sit in the Spanish sun for 35 days before they're pressed. That's what Asoleado means — sun-dried. Nothing else tastes like this."

THE STORY

Asoleado means "sun-dried." The Airén grapes are laid out under the Castilla-La Mancha sun for 35 days, concentrating their sugars naturally before spontaneous fermentation — no additives, nothing artificial. Old vines, 25+ years, from the La Dehesa vineyard in Socuéllamos. Five generations of winemakers behind every bottle. Brought to New York by WineGod Imports — Harlem-born, Black-owned, community-built.
